Electronic Music, Unit 7

Process/explanation:

The Prog Rock Bass is the first instrument that plays in the song, playing the bassline.

The drums, a regular Logic drummer with the "Electronic" preset, kick in at bar 5, and they are supported by the "Robot Chat Synth Layers" throughout the song. There is a stronger sweep-kick drum beat thing that is part of the Depth Charge; I added this beat in at the verse, chorus, and outro because I really like the sound.

New Horizon Synth Layers is the primary lead, and plays everywhere except the bridges. There are actually three Apple loops that the track plays - two of which include the Complete Lead Layers 01 and Complete Lead Layers 03. The "01" version has some extra bass added in, so I used in on the verse and the "03" version on the intro and outro. The third loop is called Crowd Pleaser Bass, and it plays during the chorus, before CLL 01 plays in the verse.

Power Pad and Good Sign Synth Layers are there to make the verse and chorus, respectively, more interesting.

Power Tool Bass is an alternate lead that plays during the bridge.

Rave 1994 and Analog Saw Init help to give the drop more bass and more power. I added them both in after I had already made the whole song, but felt that the drops were too weak.
